RE: NR by week's end..i am banned from agoracom,cannot log in anymore,can only read the posts......no more satire for me.....guess SGX management doesn't like to watch saturday night live...lol....anyway things have changed so dramatically for SGX since I originally bought into the company......they have doubled the share float with dilution ,mostly to themselves as far as I can tell.....can't seem to figure out what property should be priority in my opinion...have been trenching Jacobus since December with grab and channel samples in the lab for nobody really knows how long except them......the insiders have bought quite a bit since,and lined their pockets with options....can't even put out a NR in a timely manner according to their own description of "timely manner".....hid crappy Jacobus results by putting them on website instead of including them in a previous NR with results from other projects that were due later than the Jacobus results,this was the writing on the wall to me,but i chose to ignore it.......i believe SGX will prove the GM extension at some point don't get me wrong about that.....but by allowing the SP to be destroyed in the meantime,by not updating us the shareholders with regular news,i believe is kind of criminal in itself.....At this point,even if they were to begin to release great news regularly,the SP has drifted so low(with no end in sight) that the resistance is crazy at every penny level.....SGX will need another PP by years end when they are cash strapped to further dilute the share total to who knows how high..240-250 million....i was pumped up about the possibilities earlier with all the promising properties and location where SGX is...kinda held out hope,especially after some of longbomb/ronnycash's excellent visuals(wish SGX management could have done things similar to him with his intelligence).....but sadly i wish to announce that I may also be a BAGHOLDER....see I never pumped this company,to dump it for a profit,I honestly believed that there was and could be profit with SGX......just not as much as I thought originally.....if it ever sees 50-60 cents again,thank your lucky stars,sell it and buy a better positioned company.....at least that is what I would do.......even if it was to be "taken out" by a major down the road,I wouldn't expect to see much more than 60-80 cents a share if it ever comes to fruition.In my opinion,it would likely be YAMANA who gets first crack at SGX,just because of the Nigel factor.....In my opinion,after doing some DD,I believed Nigel was a trustworthy man,and he may still be....but I believe he is wearing too many jackets with too many different companies and truly has lost focus of what I invested in SGX for in the first place.Anyway,I still have a position that I hold in case something positive ever does happen with this company,but my hopes have left for now,and I truly hope KXL has the goods or I am fkd.GOCASH.....ps,anyone who enjoyed my humor on AG should send them a post to let them know and see what happens.
