How can you even remotely think this "transfusion" can happen. Look who is at control of this company. Look at their history. Not just SGX but over the last 20 years. Have they ever managed to operate a single company successfully? Any company? Even one time?

Then just look at how SGX has been managed. I'm sure there have been worse jobs of managing a company on the venture exchange but I can't think of any off the top of my head. Numerous, numerous promises.... none fulfilled. Can't build a bridge because they dont know they need a permit. Can't film a presentation because the camera doesn't work. The commi site fiasco. Etc., etc., etc.

Yet how much is this management team getting paid? Check the financials. Last time I looked was for 2009 and it was $1,000,000. Dont know if its still in that range but think of that!!!

Before you talk about Nigel and Kinross, etc., etc., read the history. I've gone over that far toooooo much so dont even mention it.
