RE: Shares for Debt??

RE: Shares for Debt??

Ya pretty pathetic. I feel sorry for the poor sucker that did work for SGX and now get $20,000 worth of shares. By the time he can actually sell, they will likely be worth $10,000... share price now at $.055... yes this is after the consolidation from two years so in my book its at half a cent.. less than a penny. I am sure Red is still buying.

We know there will soon be 223,000 shares being sold soon. I am sure this creditor has no interest in holding worthless paper when they can at least get some cash for the shares.

I see management is continuing its stellar performance.

Where is that 43-101? I know its not management's fault. Must be a problem with the printer. Maybe the computer guy deleted it. Maybe they printed it but the dog ate it.

Never seen a company with such "bad luck"
