Let's see, let's do a  inancing at today's price of $0.01. Well you have to throw in some warrants as well to grease the palms of the participants.  OK, that's another 150 million shares.

Oh wait, I know the history of management. So they simply do a 10 for 1 roll back so have 12 million outstanding at $0.10. Then they only have to add 15 million shares. Might as well make it 20 million as the management needs to be paid their well earned management fees after all.

Sound familiar? It should. It happened only a few years ago. Stock price went from $0.03 to $0.30 after the 10 for 1.  Where is that 30 cent stock today?  Yes, 1 cent.

And history repeats itself.

Management keeps a job, brokers get fees.... and the shareholders.... well we all know what happens to them....
