Financing

FinancingAlways gotta love a company that does a financing at 2 cents. How about they way it is worded.... they are doing a financing of special warrants, each special warrant is exercisable into one warrant... each warrant consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant... confused yet? .... I guess when you are embarrassed to do a financing at 2 cents you try to make it sound as confusing as possible... The NR even talks about a share consolidation... LMAO
