RE:NEWS - MORE SHARES FOR DEBT !!
With news of a further shares for debt development in the making brings with it further concern to shareholders that management is not letting investors off of the hook when it comes to director salary reimbursements through debt to share conversions.......This also be a further reminder that the chance of the Clavos deposit coming to production, which would need close to another 100,000,000 shares at the current price to realistically finance, will be intrinsically unattainable before the company would have a realistic chance to cover future obligations with the vendor St. Andrew Goldfields.......In a nutshell, unless gold goes up considerably, the small stature of Clavos when weighted against the capital costs which would be needed to bring an underground operation to fruition, makes Sage Gold a non investment grade story in progress.
