Your more than right... I fought this merger tooth and nail because I knew this is what would happen... This managment team was a loser in their former company and why people thought it would be any different here is beyond me... Another 52 week low again today and the biggest pumper of the merger has bailed out... At least I was not influenced to buy any additional shares by his pumping unlike many others here who have lost a great deal who listened to him... Maybe next time, folks will put their thinking caps on when a similiar situation arises... By the way, I am not short and at least I am still a share holder unlike some other posters on this board...
