Low cost broker In Canada CIBC(Canadian Imperial Bank) has a low cost brokerage branch called INVESTORS EDGE
All trads are 6.95 regardless of sizeof transaction.( 10.00 to 50000.00) I have used it for the last5 years.
with no complaints.
