SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

I disagree conservatives are and will win next snap election. The we scandal isn't even close to over and it gets much worse. Check www.canadalandshow.com if your interested to learn more. They have been on top of it with deep research. With the oic gun ban due to the rcmp cover up of nova Scotia shooter there's over two million canadians voting conservative alone. Justin Trudeau and liberals will be getting vacation in jail for trying to defraud canadians. Other parties can't even support liberals any more. Although ndp signh and Trudeau both should be hung for treasonous offenses on democracy by shutting down parliament. But I go on... Thanks for sharing what your seeing on the ground at the restaurants. I'm very optimistic for the future and recovery of this company.
