Stabilized trading range and volume

It looks like, for the last few days, both the trading range and the volume have stabilized to more normal levels. I still think the increased volume we saw was someone taking a relatively larger position and willing to pay for it, but we have not seen a big drop back since then. Nice to see.

Roughly 9% yield, still makes this look attractive to the starved income investor. And let's not forget, that historically any special distributions, to clean up the books for the year happen at the end of December. Never expect it, but never be surprised either. :)

Interesting point - they have said that they will clear the deferred royalties by the middle of next year, but they never said it would be done equally!   Is there a rule that a Trust has to pay out its income like a REIT?  I seem to recall something about the Fund having to pay tax on undistributed royalties a while back, but I didn't really focus on it at the time.

If we get one a special divy on top of already tight hands and a low float would be rocket fuel.
