OFFER on the TABLE for $40.50.

I'm guessing even if the Market Crashes, that offer still stands.   Even if Starlink launches 1000s... doesn't change the offer.    Future 2 years down the road doesn't matter....

$40.50 is the play.    Don't need to look at income statements, balance sheet, cash flow...etc.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.

RagingBull3 - Do you remember the offer by Air Canada to buy Transat at $18.00? A while later..... Its share price falls below $5, more than 70 per cent below the deal price of $18. Oct. 10, 2020: The two travel companies announce they have reached terms for a revised deal that will see Air Canada buy Transat for $5 a share or $190 million, a significant discount to the original agreement ...more

Very different markets... even in a down market, communications stay relatively flat.

yep I'm thinking this is going to be a traders paradise for the next few months, what with 4 billion+ in play and no one with a good  answer as to what the crtc will do. Rumors and expert opinions will be rampant and aplenty. Should be quite the gong show
