Victor, What a load that is.

LBE’s financial strength is based on a partner with deep pockets. The problem, and you know it, is any money lent to LBE by JJ, and not paid back converts into shares. There is no way LBE can pay enough of it off to stave off JJ taking control...can’t be done.
