It's a hell of a job to change buisness when you're a listed company. He has to verify all the fillings from the last 3-5 years and present a copy to CSE, everything has to be in order.
I have been involved with one buisness takeover once.. all DD has to be done and paperwork acepted by CSE, the stock will halt for likely a couple days before any news will come out, then trading continues afterwards
I loaded 50K more shares yerterday at 0.09$, history suggest a support at 0.085$
That's the reason why the drop. There's has been no known support because the stock was trading under 5 cents for too long.
