I noticed one of the points on the slides states the following: "Silk Energy to merge with a Toronto listed shell via reverse takeover" Is it possible this is in regards to ISM...?

Well that seems like a silly question considering the disclosed LOI of acquisition.. If it weren’t referencing ISM then we would have a hell of a basis for a class action on ISM, no?

Lol. Well given what happened with the whole compassion cannabis LOI ordeal; being skeptical is not without reason. Not to mention I have reached out to Silk in regards to the LOI and have yet to hear back. I guess we could take this as "confirmation" that the LOI warrants some credibility....
