RE: RE: Millright, Time To Be Held Accountable!!!

RE: RE: Millright, Time To Be Held Accountable!!!Millright,

Your statements:

"I don't consider being included in a lawsuit that was unfounded, initiated for ulterior motives by the likes of Randy Miller and company to be a world of trouble that will follow me for the rest of my life."

-- and --

The pretty penny that it cost me amounted to a nominal fee paid to the Court for filing documents of defence, a courier charge for delivery ofthose documents and fax and postage charges that would be less than$10. There was no need for engaging legal counsel, the unfounded case and ineptitude of the plaintiffs made legal representation unnecessary.

Don't mind if I say I don't believe you because I don't.  Your first statement is your "opinion" and nothing more. That is why there was a lawsuit, there was a difference of opinion and it was being referred to the courts for resolution.  Secondly, anybody  who is served a notice of legal action, where that action is seeking millions of dollars in damages, and went far enough to publish a news release with your SH handle and your name and occupation for all to see, does not feel or see the need to seek  professional advice of legal council-- that would be an admission that you are a fool!  It is akin to representing yourself to the Canada Revenue Agency without seeking the advice of someone like yourself with no prior accounting background, I would also call that person a fool!

Your next statement:

The small cost involved was more than worth the money for the information that became available and by the entertainment provided being witness to another ISM/Miller failure. Not only was the lawsuit exposed for the farce that it was known to be from the outset, but it also exposed the abilities of the ISM plaintiffs and representatives. The fact that they named an admirer of Randy Miller as a defendant was hilarious. This outfit doesn't have much of a reputation for good udgement or smarts to start with - that blunder was icing on the cake.

Is again a matter of "opinion" and I would expect that you would have been seeking damages or some sort of compensation.  This does not seem to be the case and, thus, is merely the rantings of an angry man who got caught in civil litigation who lashes out like an idiot with no real meaning or content.  What is evident is that you are bitter regarding the litigation which tells me that it was certainly more than the insignificant event you make it out to be.

Your next statement:

Are you suggesting that posting on a Stockhouse BB is a problem - you seem to do it. One of rights in this country is freedom of speech. The fact that ISM and Miller were willing to waste the time of the legal system to stifle this freedom of expression is an indictment of their character, not those that were wrongly accused.  Those that use the chat rooms to make false and libellous charges are not protected. As to what thinking is involved, you and others might ask yourselves that uestion. You have made charges as to the motives of a public company for investing in Liberty Mines, that if, if challenged by a lawsuit, would not end in a Court imposed discontinuance. You should look in the mirror, before running at the mouth.

I never said that posting on Stockhouse is a problem, but you are held to a higher standard if you are in fact a Chartered Accountant as you have a "code of conduct" that governs acceptable business practices.  Your actions, and the publication of your name and profession in this matter embarrassed you, both personally and professionally.  As for my charges as to the motives of LBE, I do believe that JJ is here looking out for its own interests and those terms are clearly outlined in the LBE Financial Statements.  LIke you say you were trying to alert the ISM investment community of these "red flags", I have also done likewise to "LBE Minority Shareholders".  With the departure of Dr. Gary Nash it certainly gives credence that the market also sees it that way.  I was not the first to suggest this was a problem, there were many, many others that tried to bring those concerns forward only to be viciously attacked by those who are now "licking their wounds" and have become very silent.   What is evident Millright is that you follow both of these boards, and my personal activities very closely which does suggest that you are obsessed with ISM.  Your silence on LBE, given that I would have expected that you would have liked to raise those red flags you talk about with LBE, would have given you more credibility as an objective SH poster.  But, your vague references to LBE but without complaint, but your continued ISM involvement suggests that is has DRAMATICALLY affected your quality of life -- sucks doesn't it and certainly seems like to me that you are a long ways from being over it!

Your statement:

Contrary to your statement of my prediction of ISM dropping into the teens being a farce, it was a fact. ISM dropped intothe teens in August - I thought it might take until October to set this new low.

Also rings with lack of objectivity. You see, those who claim to be objective state the good with the bad.  ISM hit the high teens and has since moved to the high twenties.  There is a saying in the legal circles, "The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth".  Your half truths distort the truth and this is what they mean by the whole truth.  But Millright, it further supports the notion that you are a really bitter man with an axe to grind.  Good luck with that as you are the only guy suffering.  Nickel77 suffers from the same ailment so may you guys can get together and bash ISM over dinner.  You never know, it might make you both feel better -- for a while!

Your last paragraphs:

ISM and Randy Miller have moved on. And that movement has been down, both in share price and reputation. That may be justice for Miller and those responsible for ISM management decisions, but it is not justice for those who have lost money investing in this train wreck. Don't think for a minute that I am wallowing in anything. I'd do what I did again, and I'll continue to do it. I take some satisfaction in seeing the outcome of the ISM/Miller story. Justice may not have been done on all fronts, but there have been some victories. I am pleased that my complaints to the governing agencies on the Metal Mines spin out werevalid complaints. I was pleased that complaints to the authorities resulted in ISM having to issue corrected Annual Information Forms. Iam hopeful that other complaints, past and future, will force thisoutfit to pay closer attention to regulations and governance.

I'll limit my comment on this forum to ISM. Your obsession with LBE, and the nonsense you spout is being more than adequately exposed as gibberish by other posters. There's no need for me to waste my time dealing with your LBE obsession that consumes you with bitterness.

Well, those paragraphs don't suggest you are not only bitter, but still obsessed with ISM.  I can't image a much stronger admission of that.  You see Millright, you are a really sad case and your own verbiage illustrates it.  I really think you should seek professional counseling as this whole event has consumed you and you need to break free of it.  Get a life buddy as your obvious obsession and bitterness is seen as a sad, sad case of self-humiliation on this BB.
