You really are a sad case.  Your anger and venom on this BB rings through load and clear as you obviously are having a temper tantrum. You have contradicted yourself on many occasions and now profess to be a legal expert.  Not bad for someone who recently indicated he had no legal representation in the civil suit with ISM and Randy Miller.  However, the beauty of using "Without Prejudice" is that you can respond, point by point, "With Prejudice" and quickly ascertain what the "Without Prejudice" content was in a courtroom.  Your childish games of sending a PM to forum members labeled "Without Prejudice" is simply a joke.  You are attempting to bully and intimidate members of this forum and it just isn't going to work here.  However, what is more relevant is your intent on this forum in slandering ISM and Randy Miller.  You see Millright, all of that comes into play when there is legal action and what you say and don't say regarding LBE, and what you say and don't say regarding ISM.   It would clearly reveal your lack of objectivity for both companies as it would illustrate your bias of LBE, and your malicious intent toward ISM, Randy Miller and ISM shareholders.   It just amazes me that you don't see it!  It must be terrible to feel so much anger and venom as it has to affect your quality of life.  You need to move on and put this behind you for your own sake -- it is consuming you!
