yet you did so with acquisition Ireland
you didn't take your own advice because you need fees for your steelport project in hamilton

From Brady Welch on meeting with analysts: I believe Slate's done a great job over the past 10 years being able to buy properties, put modest capital in there, fix them up, and sell them and make profits. Keep in mind, when they took FAM REIT, it was around 10 CAD and distribution around 1 CAD, for 10 years they destroyed REIT, GREAT JOB
