Short sellers is going to burn himself.

Once PSC worked out with Liberian delegation and an announcement of news release, then the price might go up potentially up to 0.15 cents.

You never know if someone comes in the market and start buying all shares and bring the price to 0.15 cents or 0.35 cents.

Anytime and any stock, it happens sometimes if someone knows something is cooking and knows something potential for a company where he is putting his hard earned money.

In level II, I saw someone come and place a very big bid order for 4.5 million shares x 1.46 share price = $6.57 million.
Can someone imagine that this stock was shorting 2.03 million shares in the month of Sep. 2010 when the price was traded at $1.08 on Sep. 01, 2010.  Yesterday, the prcie went to $1.59  Now, imagine, whoever was shorting this stock, has now completely BURNED all his money.

Short selling is very dangerous game and people do short sell on margin acccount and cover later on downtrend.
But you never know a company comes with a good news release and share price start moving up on the roof then what happens to short sellers.  They will loose all their manipulated earned money.
