Anyone knows how many shares Robert holds

Anyone knows how many shares Robert holdsI happened to call Simba Energy to fiind out how many shares Robert dinning is holding.  I was told by Richard, Investor Relations, he does not know anything about his holding and he can not give out this info. to anyone which is very surprised to hear that.

What is the purpose of not disclosing holding info. of the directors, president or officers?
Anyone has any idea of holdings of Rober Dinning, James Dick and others company directors and officers?

What is the reason behind it?
