I heard the proverb which is very famous in the world about morons, insane and stupid character.

All the stupid, insane people never admit that they, themselves are stupid & insane.  They always point fingers at others.

The management is really working for you, and for every shareholder, Mr. hallgg.  And they would like to answer my phone calls with no problem.  The management told me, ''Don't listen to them, I could make as many calls as I could and SMB will be very happy to answer all my (or anyone) concerns and questions.''
I was told just ignore this and do not worry.

It was a very long conversaton.

The other thing, I forgot to disclose that It is not only me who makes phone calls to SMB.  The truth is that I also received calls from SMB management which means that SMB management do take care of its shareholder's concerns when they are away from the phone.

What about them making phone calls to shareholders, does it mean that SMB management is not working properly and wasting its time in gossiping.  I do not think so.

I think if I (or anyone) has any question or concern, then any management should be right there to answer all questions and concerns.  Now, I have very important info. that I will be sharing with all of you later.
