Sumeroil No , Only existing PSAs are up for amendment. If you have drafted or negotiated contracts, it's called " contract amendment".
Its simple a few paragraphs are taken out and a few put in. It didnt stop Chevron drilling right now did it?
Simba is in it's final stages of finalising it's PSC. Now if Stat or Sumer cannot understand that maybe they can email or speak to IR at Simba energy. Keep trying to knock Simba haha, we always get 1 or 2 a day lol.
