Tim,

I for one have been comparing AOI to SImba. I Have watched AOI around 2 CAD and less for quite sometime. My problem was I couldnt see the value in AOI compared to Simba purely because Simbas assets are located in more prolific areas. (Well before the Ngamia 1 discovery.) West Africa still more prolific imho.

Tullow confirmed the Liberia basin has a working hydrocarbon system. Guinea numerous oil seeps, Ghana we all know there is oil in Ghana and Mali next to TOTAL and ENI  Now Kenya where most of AOI's acerage is imho was a more risky play becuse there is no proven oil and a lack of major companies apart from Tullow who farmed in with AOI which suggested that at 8 cents is it worth buying Simba or AOI. The other factors were that AOI secured a partner and took out Centric energy who had secured all the projects with PSAs so AOI could get to work straight away. Simba has started from scratch. AOI is backed by the Lundin Group who are very cash rich. I personally feel that if we secure the right partner in the coming weeks we will only be 12 months behind AOI before we hit our first drill. I still believe in SImbas assetts with each one being transformational. Simba also has 2 thirds of AOIs acerage when you look at percentages of each propert held.

Everybody I speak to loves the SImba story. I was at the Proactive in London last June and 1 director from an Australian gold company who was also presenting said Simba looks like a very good company to be in. Keep your shares and you will do well he said. One other guy came to see an Ethiopian gold companies presentation and ended up buying Simbas shares.

The game changed when AOI/Tullow hit its first well in Kenya for SImba as well.  From 2 CAD AOI has 5 bagged plus Simba 3 bagged from 8 cents. The volume suggests that folks are looking for the next AOI story. Believe me guys it starts here at SImba.  Each one of its blocks is a company maker. I fear that we will be taken out by XMAS. I hope Simba management can hold on to this company for another 12 months at least. 12 montrhs ago I asked Hassan Hassan how much Simba can goto he said  " 5 bucks" looking straight in my eyes. I was doubtul back then as we didnt have Guinea and Kenya. Now we do with AOI at 11CAD SImba can very easily get to 3 CAD. Remember AOI were 2 CAD before they hit a drill in the ground.
