AOI V SImba

AOI V SImba

I do read your post with interest EH1.

Before I invested in Simba, I also considered AOI. There are 2 reasons I invested in SImba instead of AOI. AOI stock was trading around 2 CAD and Simba 12 cents. I researched both companies thoroughly. I looked at the acerage and thought that AOI was operating in areas where oil was not as prolific as Simbas.AOI at the time I thought was more risky than Simba. As we all know West Africa was more prolific  than East Africa. The game has only changed 2 months ago when AOI hit.. Oil seeps in Liberia Guinea and blocks in Mali and Ghana where next to a major led me to think that why on earth is Simba worth 12 cents and AOI 2 CAD, which leads me on to my second reason for investing in Simba and not AOI and that was the value at 12 cents.

I can only assume that we will be at the same price AOI (2.50CAD) was before it hit it's first drill in the ground assuming we get the remaining PSCs and farm ins. Why not our acerage was more prolific than AOIs before they hit.  I am comparing apples with apples as both companies are pure onshore Africa plays.

AOI purchased Centric energy which already did all the leg work Simba is currently doing but there is no reason why we won't hit 2 CAD before we hit our first drill.
