Chaos OPL was a poory written report.
Why did they not use the same analysis when coming to the figures they quoted for Red Emporers (Puntland) and Tangiers Petroleum?
In other words because of poitical risk their opinion is 50% discount on Kenya and no discount on Puntland??
Does it make any sense to you??
