I think Some people are getting ahead of themselves. For a JV you need something. 1 PSC would not bring you a farm in not when there was no oil in Kenya until late April, we have only just had our Sproule report.

On anotther scenario, Simba can goto the table and say Our Sproule report suggest 2 billion barrels, we have identified 7 leads and doing more work, our passive is suggestive that we have oil bearing resovoirs. We are starting work in Guniea as we speak with a seep survey as there are numerous seeps. We are working with NOCAL in Liberia with regards to our draft PSA trying to convert into a working PSA but due to NOCAL restructuring and introduction new petroleum laws we will have to wait till August to finalise the PSA. We have oil seeping out of the ground by kocking a 4 foot hole in the ground. We think we have massive gas potential and oil potential in Ghana. We have engaged the local community in Kenya who will work with us and support us thus creaating a harmonous and productive environment. without causing further hassle.
Don't some people undertstand that the game has changed for Simba. We have a block in the hottest part of Africa right now and it shares similarites to the Ngamia 1 well which could have 3-10 billion barrels in 1 well. So since the AOI find Simba fasttracked a placing because you need money then got Sproule report and Passive being near to completion. Also we had money to pay for Guniea and have money for Liberia and Ghana because without money you cant do anything. Had AOi not hit, what would Simbas position have been? In this market 5 cents because nobody would have been interested. Hassans sharp thinking and proactive management were able to attract Guinea and Kenya. Had these not been acquired this company would have been dead and buried so folks count your blessings.
SIMBA COULD NOT HAVE ATTRACTED A FARM IN PRIOR TO ALL THE ABOVE TAKING PLACE!!!
If anybody thinks they could have then tell me how and why and i will set my own oil and gas company and get a super major to farm in as what it seems like on here that you only need 1 PSA and no work and you can attract a supermajor.
and we all know there is now interest in Simba by numerous parties because we have some data on our Kenya property. which will now attract our farm in.
