You are whining that we dont have cash and JV. We have around 7 million CAD. AOI had a farm in with Tullow. Tullow could go Solo but they don't because they know exploration is risky business and farming out seems to the way majors sometimes even 3 or 4 partners and if you did your research you will find that most projects in Africa are done with partner/s.
Roshni, Why did you not invest in AOI and instead invest in Simba?? You certainly are not happy so move on 8 cents placing and you and your horse will be 50% up. Not bad as you will keep your warrants. I doubt you will because you know your are onto something very good. I look forward to the reason why you remain invested.
I researched both companies and I stand by my commitment till this day. pre drill Simbas acerage was a lot better than AOI.
I say this time and time again. AOI bought a ready made company (Centric Energy) who had PSCs and Seismics. Tullow farmed in and then fastracked the fields in Kenya. AOI also has the backing of the Lundin Group who are very cash rich.
We are the only company in Africa to date who is working towards acquiring all our PScs and then work towards farming out our fields. What a coup Kenya Block 2A was, 300K with PSC, I reckon we could sell 50% for 30 milllion and a free carry. Guinea and Liberia look just as good. Building a company from scratch is not easy and can you see the value being created.
JV may or may not come. I dont not think biohites daily rants on here to management is going to make an ounce of difference. If he had an ounce of business acumen he would understand what it takes to develop a junior oil & gas explorer in the worst economic climate since the depression of the 30s. So far so good. If most people cannot see beyond the daily manipulation of the stock then I suggest you move on guys and stop getting depressep. Health is wealth.
