What will an investment bank do? We need expertise!! Specialist technical operators who can hit the nail on the head. That involves technically and sound oil producing companies, not W bankers. We could have gone to the bank back in April but why did Simba PP at 8 cents?? Cos they would not be interested.
You cannot control Simba from behind and office desk. You need to be on the ground doing the work which SImba is doing.
