I really do think we can hold out for 40 million CAD for Kenya. We have spent approx 5 million so include the time spent and work done we can get 10 million for work done, and 2 to 3 free drills should carry us for 20-30 million add to that some cash approx 5 million. Depending if we can get 2 or 3 fee carries the deal could be worth 40 million.
