All shall be revealed on or before the 20th with regards to Chad.
Nobody knows the detail in the deal. What I do know is that each block is a potential company maker ;-)
People on here are going on about how SImba will pay for the deal. I think the Chad oil ministry will know Simbas cash position and they dont have enought to pay for these 3 monster blocks. So what made them reinvite SImba to sign up for the blocks??
If people are thinking that Simba will print more paper.. well SImba turned down financing as confirmed by Hassan in the oil barrell in September so printing more paper is out of the question.
I think they have got a private investor who is willing to pump in the money for a share in the blocks. I think Simba would have been smart and made a payment plan over 3 years to pay for the blocks with the Chad oil ministry subject to Simba meeting its PSC obligations. This is just my opinion.
They must have liked what SImba had to offer ;-))
