Obviousy those in the know, knew this PP was coming for AOI and sold out at profit only to reinvest in the PP at $7.75. Simba and other African juniors values fell in the wake of the panic selling of AOI pushed down by the big boys. Dirty is an understatement! Meanwhile they'll get rich by loading up on this AOI PP at $7.75!
$200 Million will drill a lot of wells for AOI. Kenya is still the hottest play going and a lot more drilling/discoveries are coming! These aren't companies to flip in the short term, they are buy and hold plays for small investors, especially when the big boys seem to have all the power!
The reason SMB dropped in tandem with AOI had nothing to do with SMB and more to do with the looming AOI financing. TPN, VEL and other East African/Kenyan juniors all got smacked on the backs of AOI's drop!
