Any reason why AOI just did a financing?? AOI have Tullow partnering most of its blocks?? Remember Simba has 5 countries it is working in and it will need the money going forward. I expect them to sit on the 3 million until farmout sorted.
They intend to do Seismic in the new year but my theory is and I menioned this to Hassan that if a partner comes on board say by January and it is a major they will want to do the seismic themselves as they will be the operator and have the technicle expertise. Wih this in mind we can save the money sit back and relax and wait for the cash and and start work in Guinea and Chad.
I guess there will be tehnical meetings with potential partners after the data is viewed to discuss terms of the farm out which probably will include 2d/3d seismic programme.
