Simba's MOU for a free carry is exactly that, A FREE CARRY - It really doesn't make a difference if the well cost $25 or $40 or even $100. Million, Simba gets a FREE CARRY!
The bill is covered by Ajax, period. If Ajax decides to spend $5 or $10 M on seismic or any other pre-drilling activities/costs, Simba is covered along with the TOTAL cost of the well.......
