One cannot understate how important assets are to a small junior without cashflow.
Use the asset to convert into something tangible (ie. Farmout with cash and exploration paid for)
One could easily state that SMB is the most attractive junior oil/gas explorer in Africa right now, if you can name another company with a better portfolio, next to massive discoveries held by larger players in the business - all that and under 10 cents? (oil not gold) then please let the debate begin!
Farm out in Kenya! ($40 Million deal, free well carry for SMB includes $3 M usd cash)
Farm out pending in Chad? (should provide cash and carry of well, exploration,etc)
Farm out pending in Guinea?!! (more money and costs covered by partner)
Liberia, Ghana blocks applications pending..... (if you don't know how much oil Ghana has, start doing some research - its ignited the entire West African/Gulf of Guinea oil rush)
