Sorry to butt in but as you can see when given the opportunity to answer a simple question he just doesn't know how to respond. Trying to make jokes and then supporting Siggy's unfounded, predictable answer, with no facts or reasoning just the typical bashers "negative" point of view.
Sigfreud is a waste of oxygen. To all that is clear but Mr. Roshene knows as well as you and I do that Simba was finalizing the Liberia PSC back in late 2011 when the elections started, which then lead to the run off election and the eventual postponement of any new oil contracts until the oil laws in Liberia were revised and reworked.
The laws in Liberia are now fixed and no, SMB mgmt was not responsibe for the delays that were put in play by the Liberian governement (NOCAL). (for those unaware of the actual Liberian / Simba history)
