RE:RE:RE:Terminated Farm-OutVT; further to my comments, these terms of the mou were based on a 'definitive agreement' being reached and signed, which never happened: "The MOU, which is to be superseded by definitive farmout agreement (the “Farmout Agreement”) that Simba expects to be negotiated and executed shortly, is intended to set out the principal commercial terms of the farmout only, which are as follows" Further down in the release is says: "The MOU provides that upon execution of the Farmout Agreement...." ie. ajax did not advance any funds and no shares will be given as there was no agreement reached~!
