Why commit to a LOI putting millions in a pot for Simba.
Because Mr Sharger saw someone walking on water when they interpreted the seismic.
If Ajax are so smart then why didn't they walk away before they made the commitment? Surely their lawyers would have picked the error Merliar claims from the outset. Due diligence is the 1st step in any deal.
Simba is in full control of it,s PSC and remain committed to the block for drill later this year or early next.
Merliar is nothing but a keyboard warrior at the best. Hassan has invited him to have a look at the PSC yet Merliar declines the invitation. Why?
Merliar, are you man or wimp? A liar and a wimp too. Being a keyboard warrior does not make you a man Merliar. Face the facts.
Ps we have another party at the table too who are engaged in negotiations knowing Simba knowing we have a problem with it's PSC. LMAO. I have never come across a bigger clown in my life.
