Simba terminatesWith Ajax and not Ajax with Simba. If the PSC was an issue why did Ajax not terminate 1st. Surely you do not blow 36.5 million on a non existant PSC. They must have been desperate.
The Calgary boys must he aware of why Simba terminated and surely they will ensure that all paperwork relating to Simbas block is in order and before they proceed. Besides its in the ministries hands now to approve the deal with a new party.
