RE:RE:FrustratingSigfreud, the Calgary Group is just that, a group of men who have formed a company.  To date they haven't advanced any funds to Simba and until they do there is no deal.  There is "NO" problem with the Kenya PSC.  I do believe the Calgary group has been dragging there feet because everything they've asked for has been submitted to them and still Simba is waiting for funds to complete at least one of the deals.

Has your friend Merlion pointed out any problem concerning the Guinea PSC? No!  Yet it hasn't closed either. Why?  No funds advanced to close the deal, as of yet thats why.   Do you think Simba doesn't want the deals to close?  Do you think they want to  look for money elsewhere?   Simba has been more than patient waiting for one of these deals to close.  If something doesn't happen this week with the Calgary group then Simba will get the money themselves and get this company moving.
