Simba does have a few options,  they could get a farmout and the partner would fund the 2d. they could do a pp and fund the 2d ( approx. 3 million dollars ), they could maybe work a deal with the company shooting the 2d to pay say 10% up front and the balance in 12 months, these are just a few options that are being talked about.  Even though time is marching on some things can't be rushed.
