That's obviously simba is more potential and ESSEL knows block 2A well. They won't put $100M into the garbage room. Bigger company always smarter, they know everything much better than you think.
Why Robert Dinning bought shares at 75c 2 weeks ago, cuz he was not worried about the price at all, that proves the minimum value is 75c in fact. What do you do if you are the CEO who knows everything inside?
