RE:PSC - Production Sharing Contractgrewalmeet,  I'm not sure about how long it takes but Simba has 3 PSC's in total, Kenya, Guinea & Chad -- Liberia has been on hold for 2 years or so I think mainly due to Ebola, etc. Plus they have an application for PSC in Ghana This is from the home page on simba's site;

Simba Energy's portfolio comprises onshore PSCs in Chad, Kenya and Guinea. Its onshore PSCs in Ghana and Liberia are currently being ratified.

As potential is identified, Simba will seek farm-in partners to escalate and progress exploration of the assets before commencing on exploration drilling.

I block in Kenya, 2 blocks in Guinea & 2 blocks in Chad.
Sounds like Liberia is nearly a done deal they just need to have PSC ratified & signed by the Liberians which is being negotiated
