Exactly Mudsey, they wouldn't - not a chance!!
Its just typical garbage speculation from those continually inventing their own deluded scenarios for this stock. 

Simba doesn't own the g/d PSC in Liberia so its not part of the original farmout. simple. When they acquire the Liberia psc, Essel will come along. 
I don't think there was one factual thing posted by sumeroil's latest drunken rant, not one.
