RE:RE:Couldnt help but noticehimmler old chum, you're right - Essel hold only 10% of simba's stock however I think they will buy more shares the closer we get to drilling. They could have easily bought Simba hook line and sinker by making an offer for the shares at 10or 15 cents a share.(just my guess) but they chose a different path.
They chose to take the cautious and smart approach IMO, find oil first and once a discovery has been made then take a run at buying simba out? In his current oil environment it would be far too risky to make a move without proving there is black gold first!
Again, just my humble opinion but I've seen how Essel has approached other investments and to spend $100 or $200 million to make Billions is what motivates cos. like that to get involved with small junior cos. like smb.
2016 is going to be a great year for the little lion cub - this I have no doubt.
