What he is saying is that no decisions on drilling has been taken,no plan whatsoever just requests for them to do so that are obviously being met with a refusal to progress.So just were people are getting drilling from in 2019 is beyond me it's naivety if you do and tells there extent of knowledge in oil exploration timeframes especially in Kenya.There is obviously not even any finance been put in place to even consider it short term and obviously no drilling rig booked...Absolutely no further forward from this time 2 years ago,infact it's gone backwards as they assured holders we would drill in 2018. I don't think a drill bit will ever touch the ground which has an affiliation to Simba sadly..
