Guys i totally admire your positivity and that some of you still have hope for this duster. 

BUT THINK about it.

Now that we've already lost basically everything to those scammers, you really want to give them MORE money and safe the management that duped us for almost ten years???

ESSEL is allegedly a mega company -in fact one of the largest- in India. Hassan already MADE good money, when he sold his assets to SIMBA!

And now they come and beg the retail shareholders for a couple of grand just to do an audit?

Am i the only one that think this effin stinks? Once again, appreciate your effort but maybe you should think twice before you send any money to the scammers again. Dinning, Hassan, ESSEL, all the same.

I'm not disputing that the mgmt.  has not executed  on their promises of drilling etc. but can you clarify when and how much Hassan  made in selling his assets to SIMBA ?  I see he certainly still  has a pretty reasonable vested interest in seeing this co. come back and be successful.  Hassan, Hassan Relationship as filed with regulators: 4 Latest filing date

I have to say I was quite surprised when I read that some of the shareholders had been in contact with Hassan and he was working hard to resolve the situation.Hassan is based here in the UK in London.And the last I heard from a friend in the City was that he had completely washed his hands on Simba and had moved on to other projects. I met Hassan many years ago at a investor evening,when Simba was
