The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing SoMedia Networks Inc.'s proposal to issue 871,864 shares and 217,964 share purchase warrants to settle outstanding debt for $156,935.75.

 

Creditors:  five

 

 

Warrants:  217,966 share purchase warrants to purchase 217,966 shares

 

 

Exercise price:  25 cents for a two-year period

 

Please refer to the company's news release issued on March 2, 2015, for further details. The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
