Remember last Friday bashers coming from everywhere, but none of them could provide info about the prospectus. Wrong, they were able to show 40M shares for $4,5M.... None mentioned the previous $1,2M PP raise at .25 when the manipulation was all over the board. I will say this. I firmly think that our CEO had no choice to offer that third PP at .10 with low price warrants at .125 and no 4 months hold period. Saying he had no choice was not referring at the money. We had already enough until January, with the debt restructuring. The no choice is to offer additional shares to the previous two PP investors that got fool by the MM over here. I think our CEO is one hell of a good leader that was cut Between the tree and the bark and had to please everyone while having to save the company from falling. Hope that the next leg up will be graduate....
