Our company build up their whole working plan like a mega chains stores or Burger's with 4000 franchises. Their franchise is called: The resellers. The resellers are the ones who make the videos (all across America) according to VID standards. If you look back in 2012, we had only 668 resellers and our comprehensive loss for that year was $4M for that year. 2013 was the turning point for our company. They signed up more than 2500 new resellers to be ready to furnish the demand in the videos industry for their growing company. In fact, by the end of 2013, we had 3351 resellers that were hired as independent workers, all over America. Those resellers had to go thru a Partners integration. The definition of a Partners integration is; the process of training and equipping a resellers to enable them to effectively markets video according to VID standards. So, in 2013, our comprehensive loss went up to $6,8M for the formation of those resellers. In 2014, the loss went back down to $4,4M. Now, in mid 2015, we have more than 4000 resellers ready to bring that company to new heights. The company is build surrounding so many resellers, that it can't fall. If one doesn't meet the company standards, he receive bad notes for is videos and he's put aside. With this working plan, our company offers independent workers a way to make extra monthly cash, for their bigger resellers a way to live from it and it enable us to major cut's in our expenses, since we don't need 15 offices all across the country. M. Fleming and all our team build up this whole thing and the next Quarters will show us the benefits from such an amazing working structure.
