Thanks Vatanchie, I know it's frustrating that the PP couldn't be done between .25 and .35, we would still have $3-4 millions in our coffer, if so. We wouldn't need 2 other PP in November and probably February, but, like Tor27 said, with start up companies, it's always hard for many years (99% of the time). What I like right now, are 2 things. First, the number of shares issued from 2006 till now (roughly 100M, including the warrants M (that will be exercised pretty soon I think, and that would bring another $2M (7,2M+7,6M at an average of .13). In my point of view, the next 2-3 PP are gonna be done at a low price (around .10 and .12), and should diluted VID around 150M shares and carry us until June 2016 or more, all depending on net revenues. A 150M shares ain't really bad at all for a company with such a great product. I would started to worry it we we already at 300M today. The potential is to high to keep bigger investors aside for the next 6 months. The SP should rise and help us diluted this one around 200M shares by 2017, where we should be in full force. My second positive point come from the....Managements Discussion & Analysis For the quarter ended September 30, 2015. If you look at the first chart, on page 6, (Sales by quarter), it's easy to see that the sales are not linear like your saying, I got to disagree with you on this. We could say that in 2012, the line was roughly 20 degrees, in 2013, 30 degrees, in 2014, 55 degrees and now, by the end of 2015, the line is roughly 75/80 degrees. From that chart, we can say that hat sales by quarters are becoming more exponential than linear, that after adding 40% more sale in 10 consecutive quarters, it now start to show we we're heading. It's like the famous 22222= 4/8/16/32.....64/128... Now, growing 50% of $600K in revenues will be $900K, than $1,3M, than $2M, than $3M.... That is why they expect a $10M sales in 2016. It's a long process to add 50% when you start, but now, at $600K per quarter, you'll be amazed to how fast it's gonna move upward. Take the time to go back and look at the chart on page, this chart speak by itself.
