It's very evident that business is picking up.  They know what they have going on here and hence the reason they are trying so hard to survive this financial quandry they find themselves in.

Its a tough balancing act trying to cut costs significantly in a time of growth.

Hopefully they can find the right balance and make it possible.  

In the end I think we will be better because of it.
